Labels Only Appear on Some Photos - Mac, on server

I am having an issue adding labels (and occasionally metadata) to files in Bridge. I selected all of these photos, but the label only appeared on some. I purged the cache and restarted Bridge. I tried to add them again, but they still won't appear.

Bridge is up to date. I am working on a Mac (Sierra, v 10.12.1) and the files are on a server. The drive is an external drive connected to my Windows machine. I'm able to read and write to the drive. Please let me know what other information might be helpful. Thanks!

I just moved the external drive to my Mac and now I cannot add any information to the drive. I'm assuming it's because it's NTFS and I don't have software like Paragon/Tuxera, etc. I'm confused though because when it was connected to the Windows computer, I was able to add some metadata and labels.

Hi Sahil,

I purged the cache multiple times. It appears that the trial version I had of Paragon wasn't working with my network and drives. I purchased the full version and now everything appears normal. Thanks for your help.

Hi Marag,

Could you please try purging the cache from Bridge's preferences?

Regards,

Sahil
