Latest update - thumbnail slider missing ? And still no dual monitor support!

Just update Bridge and thumbnail slider missing from Content 'Essentials' screen??

And still no dual monitor support; how difficult can it be to have thumbnails open on one screen and a full size preview on the other screen? It's the reason I use Faststone viewer & never Bridge. If a freeware viewer can do it, surely it shouldn't be beyond Adobe's designers to give us the option?
