Latest Version of Bridge Won't Render Some PSD Files
I updated the Adobe products on the day the updates came out last week (Jun 2020) so I'm now on 10.1.0.163. I had been working on a graphic with the previous version of Photoshop and completed it on the latest version. While the file isn't small at 1.08G, I've worked on much, much larger files in the past, but this file now won't render in Bridge. That is, the thumbnail shows the icon only and not the thumbnail. Furthermore, the icon is that of the previous version of Photoshop, not the most current one. There are numerous other versions of this same graphic that were completed on the older version of Photoshop that show just fine. This is a royal pain for me and kind of defeats the idea of having a browser. The image (not just the icon) shows fine in Apple's Finder and I can open the file from either Finder or Bridge. I have cleared and optimized the cache a couple of times with no results. I have also reset the preferences for Bridge, again with no results. Is there any way I can get these psd files to render like the rest of the psd files, or should I just go back to using Apple Finder? Thanks for any advice.
