Link image files in Bridge to PDF files?

I'm not sure if this is the right tool for the job but we're trying to store a bunch of images and classify them by the type of waiver / release forms we have. I know I can do that, but I can't figure out how to somehow link the image to the specific PDF file that contains the form so we can find it if we need it. 

Is there a way to do this with Bridge that I'm missing?
