I just spent a half hour logging into Bridge on my PC desktop. Why should I have to log in to use the software I've been using for years without the need to log in? And why was the login process such a mess? I'm thoroughly disgusted, and in no mood to actually use Bridge now.

What was causing you to spend 1/2 hour logging in? 

You need an Adobe account and need to have ACC app installed.

Beyond that you need a internet connection to verify your account.
