Losing SOME ratings on export

Hi all- using Bridge 13.0.3, Camera Raw 15.4.1.

I start with a folder of about 200 photos.  I go through and rate my photos (JPG), and then I filter to select Rating - 3, 4, 5.   I edit these in Camera Raw, do some cropping and adjust colors.  Then I drag those photos (about 50 of them) to my Export profile (which just saves and JPG into an "edited" subfolder).  

Every time I do this, a handful of the exported photos lose their ratings.  The original before export is 3, but the exported file is unrated.  

Any ideas?  Other things I can try to narrow down the issue?  Some workarou
