I'm new to Bridge, wanted to find duplicates using Batch rename. Rename in same folder, metadata, date and time. Now I can't find my pictures, original folders are empty, metadata has a few of the pictures and the rest are missing, help! Is there any way of undoing whar I've done.

Thanks

Open Bridge to the batch rename panel.

It should show your prior asettings.

Check to see if they got moved to  new folder

Sorry for the delay in replying, long week. I have found about 75% of the pictures in what seems like randomly named files, still huntimg for the rest. Thanks for the help.

Have you looked in Finder/Explorer for those files?

Hi New Guy,

The act of renaming photos should not remove them. However, they may have been moved to a location you did not expect. But to start, what is your OS (and what version) and exactly which version of Bridge and Photoshop are you using?

Thanks,
