low quality proof sheets from Bridge output module

Hello,

recently we have been getting very low quality proof sheets from the Bridge Output Module. I have always made proof sheets at 150DPI quality 10 and they have looked good enough and were small enough to send to clients for viewing. Recently they have been super low quality even at 300DPI quality 10.

Any ideas here???    anyone getting the same issues ??
