LRc mouse cursor jittery

When I select the blue tooth mouse over an image or a panel in Light Room Classic v. 11.4.1 it gets jittery will occasionly cancel the input i.e. cropping. Also my current update is 11.4.1, with that version, I get this message on the screen: 

  however, it will not update as shown. Photoshop does not have the jittery mouse cursor.
