Middle east language keywords cannot be found in search in Adobe Bridge 2020

Hi

I was using Adobe Bridge 2017 for years. I could make any kind of middle east language keywords in it and could search and find them with no problem. Recently I started working with Adobe Bridge 2020 and now I cannot use this feature in my computer whiles my colleagues can do it with their own computer. I tried Installing and reinstalling Adobe Bridge so many times but it did not work. The only difference between my computer and my colleague's is that I'm using XP PEN Artist tablet. Don't know if it's the reason. Would you please help me finding the solution?
