Missing all files in CC folder after attempt move to another drive location

While attempting to "re-organize" my assets I decided to "move" the CC folder that is/was in my USER/COMPUTER NAME location (Windows 10) using Bridge to another larger HDD.  It showed the status bar and when done the CC folder appears to be in the same location, but all files/assets are gone?  Looking at my files "in the cloud" some backups are there, but I'm not sure if "everything" is there.  How can I get those files back (where did they go?) and how does the CC app sync my files to the cloud off any machine I use Adobe on so they're available on-line as well as off-line?
