Missing files on external hard drive when I have moved them from Bridge to the external hard drive.

I have moved four files, 2 PSD and 2 jpg from Adobe Bridge to folders on an external hard drive. they are not showing up in the folders on the hard drive. I have checked that they didn't get moved to the trash by mistake, this is not the case. And I know I moved them to the correct folders. Would anyone know what has happened here please? Thank you.

I am using a mac, running macOS Big Sur Version 11.1.

Hi Paul,

Let me add to the thoughts on this: have you given Bridge permission to access that external drive from the System Preferences (Security & Privacy settings)?

I assume you were using Bridge to move the files Right?

I am assume you were checking using finder to confirm Right?

Have you done a file search?

Reason I asked is selecting files in Bridge on Big Sur and moving them works just fine here.
