Missing keywords?

I just came back from overseas and downloaded on CC all the new updates. One of which was Bridge. I now have two versions, 8 and 9 (Bridge CC 2019?). But I can't seem to find any of my keywords showing on version 8. Do we have to import them somehow into the newer version?

Go to the keywords panel and use the menu on the upper right to export the keywords to text file, then use the same menu on the other version of Bridge to import the keywords.
