Missing Labels in Bridge

I recently joined the cloud from a free standing version of CS6.  I use PS and Bridge.  I use bridge to cull and label images.   Now after labeling my images with colors, when I open them into the PS adjustment window, the labels turn white.  I can mark them again but when I return to the bridge browser window, they turn white again.  I uninstalled all old software.   Everytime I open them into the other software the color label turns to white. This is making my job harder than it should be.  Anyone have a fix for this?  See screen grabs for examples of what it looks like.
