Moin, iPhone sync with Adobe?

does anyone know a way to manage photos and videos on iPhone with Windows 10? The data should be syncronized between the PC or, ideally, NAS and the iPhone. If I delete a photo on the phone, it should also be deleted on the NAS and vice versa. What are the possibilities? Many greetings
