mov files thumbnails, in bridge 12 and windows 11

I have a problem with bridge not showing some of the .mov imported from my iphone x, 

In the same folder, it shows some thumbnails for some files and for the other it show only the icons without also preview option.

I tried all solution offerd in forums but it didn't help: like the purge cache, preferences: check software render, prferences: playback - uncheck the video for loop and auto view.
