Moving collections from one version of Bridge to another

Hi. After a long struggle with the beach ball from hell I've decided to downgrade from Bridge CC 2019 to Bridge CC 2018 (8.1.0.383). It goes like a dream, however I've lost my collections. Is there a simple way to transfer them from CC2019 to CC 2018?

Well, I don't seem to be able to delete this, but I'm now getting the beach ball from hell with the old version! So no point in trying to migrate collections. It's driving me bonkers. Bridge is basically rendering itself useless.
