Question

Moving images in NAS folders using Bridge

We are a portrait photo studio using Mac OS Sonoma 14.5 and Bridge 2024. All our images are saved on NAS drives after photographing. Then we view and edit in Bridge. Once the editing process is done we move the images into the final folder where they will be stored on the same NAS drive. Prior to updating to Sonoma and Bridge 2024 we had no issues.

Now when dragging and dropping to the new folder we receive an error message: The Finder can’t complete the operation because some data in “R52_1234.JPG” can’t be read or written.
(Error code -36)

If we attempt dragging only one image we get the same message...But when we drag it a second time the image will move to the new folder.  But this is very tedious and slow.

Any help to resolve this issue would be very much appreciated!
