My Adobe Bridge custom template for PDF export not working, even though my settings have been saved

The settings open to nothing I've ever set up as a workspace and I end up having to reset all of them again to my preferences

  • System configuration
  • Is the issue specific to particular files/format?
  • Can you please share the screen-recording of the workflow where you are facing the issue.
