My Keywords will not export in Bridge CC 10.0.2

I've tried many times to export my keywords (60+) in bridge. However, once I go to the saved text file it only has the defult keywords that comes preinstalled with Bridge. 

 

It seems like a pretty straight fowrward process. https://helpx.adobe.com/bridge/using/keywords-adobe-bridge.html#import_or_export_keywords

 

Not sure why this is not working. Have any ideas or help?

    Please post a screenshot of your Keywords panel showing all entries.

    I am having the same issue. This used to be straightforward and now it doesn't work at all. The 2 replies above don't explain anything.

     

    It needs to export into a .txt file that another user can import into their Bridge

    your not looking in the right place

    C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge CC 2020
