My Nikon D3500 Raw files won't open

Hi I just bough a new Nikon D3500 raw files don't open , I just contact adobe support and they wont give me any solution for this , I would like to know if someone got an option to be able to open my files.

As far as i know, the Nikon D3500 is not yet supported by adobe camera raw.

Cameras supported by Camera Raw

In the meantime you could use Nikon Capture NX-D.

Thank you Mohit for the update. I have Lightroom V6.14 Camera Raw 10.1. I bought this last year. If I upgrade to Lightroom Class CC 8.1 then it looks like I then have to go to a monthly fee basis. I don't wish to do this. Can I just update my current version? Thank you. Regards, Stephen
