Neon pixels are all over my photos when opening NEF files through Adobe Bridge into Camera Raw

All of a sudden just now all of my NEF files are opening up into Camera Raw 15.2 from Bridge with neon pixels all over them.  I was opening up files just fine and then all of a sudden this, see attached.  All thumbnails are fine and even if I continue to open it in Photoshop it opens up fine.  It's just in Camera Raw from Bridge it looks like this.  I can't edit in post with it like this, any ideas?

I've already restarted my computer and nothing.
