New annoying Video "upgrade" for Bridge

Anybody else experiencing issues with the new video thumbnail view?  The system crashes every time and frankly, it's a real pain because it doesn't work.  I just need bridge to sort so I can rename.   

anybody know how to turn off this incredibly annoying "update"off?
