New Bridge isn't opening external drive

Hi All,

I remember this happening in version 2023. I think it had something to do with the drive being near full? 

I can see all my external drives in BR. I can accesss 3 of the 5 drives. Why can't I access the other 2? 

I have a windows.  I can use version 2022 and 2023 and they access it fine although 2023 couldn't for a while and I don't recall how I fixed it.  I have been using 2022 for the longest time because I don't like the new versions, still can't get used to blue box and I like extra window, but I figure I need to adapt.

    I guess this isn't resolved after all.  I opened Br 2024 this am and I can't access 2 of the external drives.  Does anyone have advice?  I can access them in Br 2022.

    Hi All,

    Somehow it is fixed.  I scrolled through the preferences in PS 2024 and noticed some boxes weren't checked that usually are so I checked them. I also made a couple changes in BR 2024 in the Start up Scripts.  Whatever I did seemed to work,  I can see the near full drives which means I can now see all the external drives and access the folder/images on them.  Hope this helps somewhat for all of you that upvoted this.
