New Microsoft Documents do not show as thumbnails.

New Microsoft Office documents show only icons rather than thumbnails. Older dcouments show thumbnails and willl preview, but if altered and resaved show just the icon. All other files show as normal. I've tried the purging the cache and resetting on Bridge startup using Ctrl | Alt | Shift.

Any help appreciated.

Bridge is version 10.0.2.131, Word is Word for Office 365 MS) (16.0.1 etc), running Windows 10.
