New PS psd icon in thumbnails, real annoying

Wow , never seen this nuisance before in Bridge. I'm seeing PS PSD icon occasionally instead of thumbnails. It's a know bugaboo in Mac finder for years, but now in Bridge 2018. Any ideas. Tried some tricks none worked.

Hi Ken,

Select the psd file right click and select "Purge Cache for selection." .This should fix your problem.

However if you are still facing the issue please provide the screenshot.

Avinash, Purge cache for folder does not work either. This renders Bridge now unusable. Who are the engineers at Adobe that do this? Never seen this in 10 years of using Bridge. Am I able to go back to the 2017 version if you cannot solve it??
