New update = slower Bridge

Is it slower or just me? Navigating through folders, selecting images, creating new folders (and have them included in the copy to, send to menu). My computer is quite powerful and it would be worthless to upgrade just because Adobe programs are slower after each update. Is there anything other than downgrade it to have it faster as before?

Which version of Bridge and operating system are you working with? How long is it taking to execute the tasks?

It didn't work. All these settings I had already done in the past and this time it didn't change anything about performance.

Also there is still the problem that when I create a new folder to have files moved to it , this new folder doesn't appear in the list of folders (recent folders) when I right click (PC) MOVE TO. 

The last version updated is 13.0.2. Working with Windows 10 Pro 64bit version 21H2, i7-9800X 3.80GHz 64GRAM
