No JPG Export in Version 11.0.2 - error message "file type not supported"

Hi!
I'm o windows 10 a try to export a JPG with 4 MB to a smaller size - from JPG to JPG. But I always get an error message: "File type not supported".
This is how I did it: I rightclick on the image > export in > custom export > same file location, create a unique name, size 1080px / 72dpi. Export panel is open.
But the export doesn't start and I get the error message "File type not supported". I cannot believe that JPG ist not supported.
Can anyone help, please?
