No pics in thumbnail on Bridge

Question

I have no thumbnails w pics on my bridge app. I only get “PS” symbol where the pic should be. I have toubleshooted the issue as per Adobe. Same result.

This will happenwhen the files are larger in size than the process limit set in Bridge Preferences. Take a look in Preferences under Thumbnails and increase the "Do Not Process Files Larger Than" value to some more appropriate value.Does that solve your problem?
