No preview of .cr2 in Bridge 2019

After the update to version 9.0.2.219:

- Bridge crash to desktop

- No preview of .cr2 files

- Rearrage the view the crash

Please submit the crash report if Bridge crashes again for us to investigate.

Also please update to the latest version of Adobe Camera Raw and check if .cr2 files show up correctly after cache purge.

Please share more details about the 3rd issue you are facing.
