Question

not recognizing external hard drive

I am on Windows 11.  Adobe Bridge will not recognize my card reader in a usb.  I researched and found answers for mac but nothing for Windows 11.  Any suggestions?

  • Are you using photo downloader or directly accessing the card in Bridge
