Odd request? : Change file ass of JPG's from PS to Photos

This is the opposite of everything I find when searching for a solution.

I've just installed Photoshop+Lightroom and now every time I double click an image from within Bridge, it opens in PS. Which I do NOT want. I want it to open in Microsoft Photos because I use it as a quick control of image quality.

Going into file association I can't find the "Photos App" and Windows won't let Bridge go into the folder it's located.... (C:\Program Files\WindowsApps)

Uninstalling PS...it opens in Lightroom. Uninstalling LR...I can open it like I want again. The file association is now "none". But I can't set it to "none" when I have PS/LR installed...

Reset to default also doesn't do what I want with PS/LR installed.

So.....how do I do what I want?
