On the Content screen, Date Created column only shows month

In Adobe Bridge, on the "Content" screens, in the List mode, when viewing photos in a Folder - in the"Date Created" column, some of the date created for the photos shows the exact date and time of day the photo was created whereas other photos (most actually) only show a month/year in that column (The Metadata info is correct and the date created column info matches the exact date and time in the Metadata.).

I prefer the exact date and TOD format, but can't figure out what is going on and why the difference of the information displayed in that column.  Does anyone know what is going on there.
