'Open in Camera Raw' function not showing up in Bridge or Photoshop

Hi, I am trying to open an image in Camera Raw 13.2 but I cannot see the function to open it in Bridge or Photoshop.

I have a full subscription to CC and I can see Camera Raw, Bridge and Photoshop are all up to date in my apps.

Can anyone help please?
