Opening Photoshop Documents in Bridge using Photoshop 2021

I'm using a Windows Dell Machine.

Since updating Photoshop and Bridge, I can not open a PSD file in Photoshop from Bridge; it will only attempt to open the file in Fresco.  Moreover, when attempting to set program defaults for opening PSB files in Windows, Fresco is listed as the default and Windows won't provide Photoshop 2021 as an option.  PSD files can be opened through Lightroom and by going through the File>Open function in Photoshop.

Is this a programming error or some setting that I need to modify?
