Or just click on the Metadata Panel and add what you want. There is no hot key for that but Bridge's progression to new features is sadly very very slow so not likely to appear any time in our lifetimes. 

Also, please be aware that there is a Metadata tab in the Preferences that can turn on or off a wide variety of options that can be displayed in the Metadata Panel. 

Lastly, if you click on the "hamberger" in the Metadata Panel you can create templates that may add to your needs.
