Question

Output Module Changing Color Drastically

I am trying to make .pdf contacts in Bridge and it keeps changing the color to too red. I have everything synced and all the color settings are correct. It didn't use to do this until we had to reload everything.  It would get the color really close.

This has been reported as a bug. I haven't been able to reproduce it myself in testing but apparently, other users are seeing it.

Hopefully the developers can get it fixed. Sorry we don't have any further info.

Appreciate your reply Lumi. Fingers crossed there is an easy and quick fix.

I'm curious if it is your experience with Adobe support to promise a call within 24-48 hours and not to receive one a full week later?

Just encounter the same problem, looks like double profiling problem in the printing world, but couldn't find profile setting in the output setting.

If you check the top box you see better result but still far from the original

Edit: just installed the 2017 and back to work

Lets give other people to be a free beta tester for adobe

This is an infuriating problem! What are we paying Adobe a monthly fee for?

The two latest versions of Bridge software (CC ver. 9 and 8) both do not function properly for photo professionals looking to make contact sheets. The heavy red saturation of skin tones is not seen in Bridge image previews but manifests when adding images to a pdf contact sheet and the subsequent pdf output has the reddened issue too. Unacceptable Adobe!!!

I have been waiting for Adobe to call me back after opening a ticket and having it supposedly "escalated". I was told it would be 24-48 hours and I would receive a call. Now some 72+ hours and no call.

Where are you Adobe? Leaving your professionals to hang evidently.
