Output Module won't install

I have followed all the directions from Adobe.  I updated Bridge.  I found the extensions folder.  I moved the folders into the right places.  No output module showing.

I went back to the path to check that everything was where it belonged, but now the Extensions folder is missing.

What now?

Hi Mardi,

*Note: Make sure bridge is closed before installing the output module.

1. Double-click the downloaded file to decompress it. Open the resulting AOM_Package_Mac

This folder contains:

The Adobe Output Module folder

The AdobeOutputModule.workspace file

2. Copy the Adobe Output Module folder (not the AOM_Package_[OS] folder) into the Bridge CC 2015 Extensions folder in the appropriate location:

Mac OS: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge CC 2015 Extensions (here, Library refers to the System Library, not the User Library on Mac OS X)

3. Copy the AdobeOutputModule.workspace file into the Workspaces folder under the Bridge CC 2015 Extensions folder (same folder as referenced in step 2).

Hi All,

We have released a new version of Adobe Bridge (CC 2018) on 18 Oct 2017. The new version build number is 8.0.0.262. This version is available to install via Adobe Creative Cloud application.

This Bridge update contains Native PDF Output in application. Please check the Output workspace after installing new version of Bridge CC.

You may need to update the Creative Cloud application and restart your computer to see the updated installer.

Please help.  I am desperate.  I uninstalled Bridge.  Reinstalled it.  Downloaded the Output package, but there are no Extensions or Workspace folders under Library/Applications Support/Adobe/Adobe Bridge 2017.  Yes, I used the systems Library.

I followed the directions but on Windows 10 x64 and i was asked to enable the extension.  However, i still do not see it under the Window drop down.
