"Output preview" panel shows only part of the page (zoomed in)

Hello

I have Bridge version 14.0.0 and whenever I work with the "output" layout, I can see only a part of my PDF preview (see screenshot attachment).  It is like as if I had zoomed in the page (even thought I did not and actually there is not even this option). I tried many ways to have a view of the whole page, but did not have success. Any sugestion?

    Here's what I ended up doing: I popped the preview window out (undock) and put the new window and the original Bridge window side-by-side.

    There is a point when resizing that the preview window just pops back to the correct size.

    (now I can't re-dock the window...)

    We are able to reproduce this issue after changing the scaling in Edit - preferences - interface.

    Could you please check the scaling settings in preferences dialog and confirm?

    Hello and many thanks for the reply and support
    Unfortunately, I can't solve the problem with the instructions. In fact there is no scaling option under  "Edit - preferences - interface", only coloring choices. I attached a screenshot showing it. And also a screenshot the unchanged "zoomed in" look of the output preview.
