Paste command missing in Bridge Context Menu (Windows)

Why?

Its called Copy AND PASTE for a reason. Why is paste missing. I have all sorts of weird names like duplicate.  But where is paste????

I dont know another software that makes a basic feature like copy & paste so freakn' complicated.

This should be a straight forward affair...  Also, when I drag a file into explorer (to name an example), it moves the file instead of just copying it. Why?

Again, why make copy AND paste so dificult. Is there some occult / mystical reason behind it? Is this just in windows?
