Performance of Bridge 11.0.1 even worse than previous versions on Windows 10

Question

Since I updated to Bridge 11.0.1, my Windows 10-PC howls like an airplane taking off, even when Bridge is 'idle' in the background. The app constantly uses between about 83 and 95% of my processer capacity (an Intel i7 and the latest Nvidia Gforce graphics card) -- see screenshot. Is Adobe intending to do something about this issue soon?

We're sorry about the trouble with Bridge. Please ensure you have all available Windows updates installed on the computer.
