Photo Downloader

Using Bridge 11.0.1.109 I usually download images with cable directly connected to my Canon EOS 5D M III and EOS R5 which starts Photo Downloader. I have now bought two different card readers. Using card reader Transcend for my CF card in 5D starts Photo Downloader as usual. But using card reader SanDisk for my CFExpress doesn't. In Finder though I can se the content on the CFExpress card through the card reader, so there is nothing wrong with the connection. How to get Photo Downloader to start when connected to SandDisk car reader with my CFExpress?

    Sorry to hear that. Could you please try updating Bridge to version 11.0.2 through the Creative Cloud Desktop app and let us know if that helps?
