Yesterday I upgraded my iMac to Sierra operating system.  Now, Photo Downloader no longer sees my iPhone when I connect with the computer.  It tells me there is "no device found".  I have Bridge CS6 and iPhone 6S.  Please help!  I can't get my photos from my phone into Bridge!

Hi Sambanyc,

Please try resetting the preferences of Bridge: -

Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears. Select all three options--Reset Preferences, Reset Standard Workspaces, and Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache--and then click OK.

Regards,

Sahil

I have quit Adobe Bridge, reopened it and upon opening, followed your instructions to immediately press the Command+Option+Shift keys. Nothing happens, despite any length of time holding keys. I cannot find any ways or places to local the Reset Settings dialog box. Advice?
