Photodownloader doesn't start automaticly when I put my SD card in the PC

For many Years I use "Photodownloader" (Part of Bridge). At the moment that I put my SD Card into the PC It's started automaticly.

But eversince a few month's it doesn't do that anymore.

It's no problem to start it manually but thats's not what I want.

I use a PC, Windows 10, Adobe CC 2018.

On recommendation by Adobe I uninstalled Bridge CC 2018 (their comment "Photodownloader is not supoorted by CC 2018 - still it worked)

but without any result.

What do I have to do to let Photodownloader starting when I put in my SD card in my PC.
