Photoloader fails when it tries to load a mov file from a card used in a Nikon Z6

Hi I am able to use bridge and photoloader on all my bodies but for some reason a .mov file from my Nikon Z6 causes an error, it wont recognise and download the file.  Its okay with NEF and JPEG files off the same card.  Same reader om my D500's and XQD cards are fine, just the Z6.  Any thoughts?
