Photoshop Elements 2025

I purchased Elements 2025 11/4/2024 from local Staples Store. I’m 90 years old and couldn’t figure out how to  install so had a Staples Tech get my Elements 2025 up and running. A week ago my MacBook Air M2. locked up and I went to Apple Store for a major fix. This required a complete new system Sequoia 15.5.1installation., which wiped out all my non Apple apps including my new PSE2025.

I tried to reinstall PSE 2025, and was denied, due to my previous 2025 installation. I Contacted Adobe robot team service which provided a “How To” reinstall the 2025 PSE app to my same MacBook. I tried for over two hours to figure out how to install. Frankly it’’s a VERY complex procedure, I finally gave up. 

I went to a professional Tech at the Staples store who installed my original purchased PSE 2025 app, which also became a difficult procure for me to reinstall. This tech worked diligently over one hour trying to figure out how to reinstall the PSE2025 and gave up as he said it looked like PSA 2025 was clashing with the new Mac  15.5.1 updated system…he also gave up.  

The reinstall attempt finally opened in the Apple’s Privacy & Security window? that provides a couple options to select a server to connect for a reinstallation…This app was also locked. No input was accepted.on this window.

I had to do a restart of my M2 just to get my Mac working again.

Now my Adobe system is locked and won’t accept any attempts to reinstall.In my same MacBook., nor recognize my 2 day old approved Adobe new password.

I give up.

HELP…How can I, or the Staples Tech, reinstall this PSE2025 in my same computer? In simple laymen terms PLEASE.
