Photoshop Not Recognising Images Selected in Bridge

Hi,

I am having trouble creating contact sheets from images selected in Bridge. Contact Sheet II menu opens but shows no images selected in Bridge when they clearly are. Other automation functions seem to be suffering from the same problem. Bridge slected images are notbeing detected. My account shows i am using current updated versions of both Photoshop and Bridge.

Any insight much apprecaited!
