pictures not updating

Not sure if this is a bridge or windows problem, I downloaded some jpg from my camera and edit them in Camera Raw. I can view them in Photoshop, Light room and bridge but when I view them in Windows Explorer it still show the unedited version?

I used to be able to edit them and then view them in Microsoft Photos or Windows Photo viewer.

I am using Windows 10

Any Thoughts?

    Windows photo viewer and Microsoft Photos  do not read the meta data from the the files that are corrected in LR and PS and do not provide color management for the images.

    Edits are not possible.

    So no. You need to stick with  LR and PS

    This feature actually worked fine until I'd say about a month ago, I was able to edit them in Camera Raw and  was able to see the updated Thumbnail in windows explorer, I was able to quickly browse through the updated pictures instead of opening Photoshop or Bridge
