Place in Indesign 2019 from Bridge

When I select "Place in Indesign" from the latest version of Bridge it places the image in the 2017 version of Indesign even though I have the 2019 version installed. Have checked in preferences and the "File Type Associations" seem to be correct. Any help would be appreciated.

    If you are on windows OS check to  see what Windows is assigning for open innd files.

    I am on iOS 10.13.3 running 2019 versions of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Bridge.
