Please Fix H265 Windows MOV Support

H265 support has been an issue with bridge for a long time now, it seems to come and go.

I film on a Fuji XT3 which creates H265 files in a MOV wrapper and on Windows 10:

The thumbnails will play audio only

And the metadata will not save

For a month or so, bridge would do both and you can see the metadata saved from that time, but it has stopped again as of the CC 2020 update.
